The Associate Vice Presicent (AVP) has been delegated specific signature authority, including the ability to re-delegate signature authority, on accounts under his/her purview, with the following limitations:

- Contractual: $1,000,000; cannot re-delegate contractual authority
- Travel: Cannot re-delegate or authorize any international travel
- Acting: Cannot re-delegate autority to sign Own domestic travel

F&A Directors
have been delegated specific signature authority, including
the ability to re-delegate signature authority, on accounts
under their purview, with the following limitations:
- Requisitioning:

None (except for approved exceptions)

Authority Administrators: |
This new role provides
for one or two designated points-of-contact that are allowed
to administer the various authorities as appropriate for anyone
for accounts under their purview, as follows (this authority
relates only to role as SAA; additional individual authority
may be granted as determined by his/her supervisor):
- Requisitioning:
- Can propose,
re-delegate, activate, and expire requisitioning authorities
for accounts under their purview up to the level of
$250,000
- Contractual:
None
- Travel:
- Can propose,
re-delegate, activate, and expire domestic staff and
visitor travel authorities for accounts under their
purview. Cannot sign Own domestic travel. Cannot re-delegate
or authorize international travel.
- Acting:
- Can propose,
re-delegate, activate, and expire acting authority for
others for accounts under their purview.
- The Signature
Authority Administrator cannot delegate on an acting
basis any of the authorities associated with the Signature
Authority Administrator designation.

Default
role for all active UCAR employees. The employee role can view
any authority stored in the database, can run reports, and can
propose pending authorities to route for approval. |
