REPORTS TAB

Users are able to access a suite of five standard authority reports. Each Report will have limited input criteria and be downloadable to Excel or PDF. When downloading a report to Excel, it is recommended that you save the report first then open.

The following reports will be provided:

Division Based Report

Report of all Requisition, Travel (or both) detail authority information for a specific division with an authority status of All.

Users will enter division and authority type. Authority types available for this report will be Requisition or Travel, or both Requisition and Travel.

Employee Based Report

Report of all Requisition, Travel and Contractual authorities for an employee with a status of All.

Users will enter the employee Name or ID and authority type. Authority types available for this report will be Requisition, Travel, Contractual, or All.

Contractual Authority Report

Report of all Contractual authority (organization-wide) sorted by status.

Account Based for Key/Partial Key Report

Report of all Requisition and Travel authorities by account key (or partial key).

Acting Authority Report

Report of all Acting authorities by division. Users enter the authority status.
