PENDING ACTION TAB

The Pending Action tab is available to designated divisional Signature Authority Administrators or other staff assigned a routing division. The Pending Action tab provides users a central point within the application to activate, expire, reject or delete authority records that have been routed to them for action or for which they have redelegation authority.

The Pending Action tab contains two submenus which users can toggle to and from in order to activate and/or expire authority records. The first submenu is the Activate submenu in which users can activate or reject authorities that have been routed for activation. The second submenu is the Expire submenu in which users can expire or reject authorities that have been routed for expiration.
