WELCOME! The Signature Authority System is designed to allow employees of UCAR/NCAR/UOP to review and update authority data at their convenience from any properly configured Web browser connected to the Internet. The Signature Authority System addresses various types of authority. Employees will be able to access and update information on authorities such as Requisition/Account Authority, Contractual Authority, Travel Authority and Acting Authority. In addition, the system will also allow employees to look at historical authority information. Signature Authority automation is a component variable of other development projects under way such as online travel and purchase orders. Its development is necessary to meet the ongoing technical needs of the organization as well as enhancing automation of various business process applications.
