OVERVIEW

Welcome!

The Advance Notice system is used to record and maintain all proposal information for use by UCAR and for compliance with the National Science Foundation (NSF) cooperative agreement.

Goals of the advance notice system include:

	easier system maintenance
	system flexibility
	system functionality improvements
	report capability improvements
	improved integration with the Contract Management Module of Bi-Tech.

We encourage all users to attend a training seminar about this application. Please contact Karla Edwards, karla@ucar.edu, x8881 for training information.
