| Purpose: | To authorize advanced spending or overspending for program costs to accomplish the program mission prior to the receipt of funding. |

| Instructions: | Upon completion of the Prespending/Overspending Questionnaire, please route according to signature box. After all approvals have been gathered, a copy of the form will be sent back to the originator, UCAR Project Accounting, and the appropriate B&P office. |
