Form Title: UCAR Field Inventory List
Last Revised: 4/2006
Purpose: To list UCAR-accountable equipment (both assets and non-assets) being removed from UCAR Boulder sites for field efforts.
Who Should Use the Form: Division Property Administrators (DPAs) and Division staff who remove equipment for field efforts.
Instructions: Fill in all information requested on the form and provide a copy of the completed form to the Division Property Administrator (DPA).
* If the equipment has a PPEtag#, record that number and the serial number on the form. The remaining information can be retrieved from the Fixed Asset Database (FADB) if necessary.
* If the equipment has a REDtag# that is part of the division Sensitive Property list maintained by the DPA, record that number and the serial number on the form. The remaining information can be retrieved from the division Sensitive Property record if necessary. Information for a REDtagged item that is not on the Sensitive Property records should be completed in full.
