| Form: Financially Supported Visitors (Non-Payroll) (V2) |
Financially Supported Visitor (Non-Payroll) (V2) are not on the UCAR payroll but receive financial support from UCAR in the form of a temporary living per diem, travel reimbursement, health insurance benefits, or whose home institutions are reimbursed for their full or partial salaries. | Form: Non-financial Support Visitors (V3) |

Export Compliance |
Please use the appropriate form for a visitor requiring access or a visitor requiring no access. See UCAR Visitor Acknowledgement of Export Compliance Form for further instructions or details, or to download a .pdf of the forms. Definitions: Foreign Visitor – Anyone who is not a US citizen, Green Card holder, or has protected status as a refugee, asylee, or under amnesty. Export Controlled Items of Technical Data – Export control laws and regulations restrict the transfer, by any means, of certain types of items and technical data to unauthorized persons. The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) establish these restrictions. |
