| Purpose: | The UCAR Recovery of Corporate Property Form is used to identify and return all equipment, property and/or monies or other UCAR items assigned to employees or visitors. |
| Who Should Use the Form: | The form is initiated by the departing employee/visitor who signs the form and forwards items and the form to the supervisor. The supervisor may need to initiate the form in under certain separation circumstances. |
