Work with your division/program administrator to complete the OpenHire online Requisition, including a job description. You may wish to submit the job description to your Human Resources Generalist using the UCAR e-mail system before you add the job description to the OpenHire requisition. Please make sure to add your Generalist as the first reviewer in the OpenHire
reviewing sequence so that we have a record of your Generalist's approval. Once the Requisition has been routed electronically through the approval process it will then be posted on the UCAR Career Opportunities site. You will receive an e-mail with a link to the job as well as an OpenHire login, password and tutorial. View tutorial document here. |

OpenHire allows individual hiring committee members to review candidate résumés/CVs online. Please be sure to inform HR of the names of hiring committee members so that we can assign them OpenHire passwords. | |
