First Time Web Site Login Instructions

To log in to your account you need to open up Internet Explorer on your computer. Once Internet Explorer is open, you need to browse to the Faison Web site which is located at www.faisonopc.com. The next step is to click on the “Online Ordering” link; this will guide you to a page that will let you decide what system to log in to. Faison Office products has several different online ordering systems, but the one that you are going to log in to is the “X!TE Online Ordering System.” So, go ahead and click on the “X!TE Online Ordering System” link to get to the Log In screen.

There is one other way to get to the On-Line ordering system which bypasses our Corporate Site. Browse to the address http://ordering.faisonopc.com. Notice that there is no “www” in the address. If you put a “www” in the address, it will not work properly.

Now that we're at the On-Line Ordering screen, you may bookmark this page to return easier in the future. Let’s get logged in so we can verify your account was set up properly and that we have your most up to date information in our system.

   This button (Login) is the first thing you should click. This allows you to log into your account. Your login information will be e-mailed to you from
CustomerService@faisonopc.com. This e-mail will also contain the “Quick Reference Guide” for On-Line ordering. Save this document for future reference. The Login screen is CAPS SENSITIVE, so if you are trying to login with a password of “MyPassword” and you enter “mypassword,” the system is going to reject it, and you won’t be able to login. If you are positive that you are entering your username and password correctly, and just can’t get logged in, you can call Customer Service at 303-340-3672, or send an e-mail to CustomerService@faisonopc.com to have your password reset. Now that you are logged in, let’s click on the Organization button to review your account setup.
  Once you have loaded the Organization page, take a brief moment to review it and make sure that all of the information on this page is correct.
If there are any discrepancies on this page, contact Customer Service immediately to have the issue resolved. Next we need to review your personal information to make sure that it’s correct.
  Click on the My Account button next. Here you may update your personal information like your office telephone number and fax number. It is highly
recommended that you change your password on this page; not only will it be easier for you to remember, but it also provides added security to your acount. That’s it for checking out your account before you order; you're now ready to place your first order on Faison’s On-Line Ordering System!
  Please remember to click the Logout button when you are done placing your order. This will make sure that someone in your office can’t go in and order
