Placing Orders Whether placing orders via the Internet, fax or telephone, you must provide your first and last name and telephone number.There is a $5,000 or less transaction limit. If you would like to order something in excess of $5,000 from Faison, please submit a PR to the Contracts Office. 5:00 p.m. deadline for Web, phone and fax orders for next day delivery. Emergency orders should be made directly via telephone to Customer Service at 303-340-3672 to ensure stock and availability concerns. The period of performance
for the non-encumbered blanket order with Faison is 4/1/05–3/31/10 (NBPA #N05-54502). Training sessions
will be held annually and at end user's request.. Office Furniture Furniture orders should be made directly through Jaime Pierce so that he can provide pricing, availability, installation requirements, restocking concerns, and help arrange for demos of the product. *Please note: Furniture returns will normally incur a re-stocking fee, so do your best to ensure your order will meet your requirements.
