Lead Times
| |
1. The time frames below are
average time frames. Individual requirements may either
lengthen or shorten the estimated lead time. If the
requirement is an emergency or if it contains unusual
requirements which may lengthen the procurement process,
such as prequalification of sources or establishing and
evaluating proposals using a source evaluation committee,
please call the Contracts Office to discuss a realistic
time frame for processing the requirement. If, after the
requisition is sent to the Contracts Office, an unusual
requirement is identified which may affect the lead time,
the Contracts Office will contact you to discuss the
unusual requirement and its affect on the lead time. |
| |
2. The lead times stated below are
based on NSF Cooperative Agreement approval requirements.
If the funding source is other than NSF, call the
Contracts Office to confirm agency approval requirements. |
